5. Service Descriptions

We provide:

• App localisation (UI/UX text, metadata, cultural adaptation)
• Proofreading, editing, and quality review services

Descriptions, prices, and delivery times are subject to change and will be provided before confirmation of any order.

6. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain Services. You agree to:

7. Ordering and Payment

1. Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
2. Quotes: Prices and delivery estimates are provided on request or via the website.
3. Payment: Payments are accepted in Japanese Yen (JPY ¥), US Dollars (USD $) and Philippines Pesos (PH₱). We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and GCash. Payment must be made before Services commence unless agreed otherwise.
4. Taxes: Taxes are calculated based on your location.

8. Delivery & Turnaround

We will deliver translations/localisations by the agreed deadline. Delays may occur due to the following, but we’ll communicate these promptly.

• High volume
• Client revisions
• Complex content

9. Revisions & Quality Assurance

• Minor revisions requested within 5–7 days of delivery are included (subject to Terms).
• Major scope changes may incur extra fees.
• Clients must provide clear revision requirements.

10. Client Content Responsibility

You agree that:

• All materials submitted are lawful and non-infringing.
• You have the right to share and use the content.
• We are not liable for harmful or prohibited materials you submit.

11. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We will treat your materials as confidential and respect your privacy. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling and retention.

12. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your original content.
• Upon full payment, translated/localised content rights are transferred to you.
• We may use anonymised works for quality control or training, unless you opt out in writing.

13. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer our Services
• Copy, modify, or redistribute our materials
• Use for unlawful purposes

14. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools (e.g., payment processors). Your use of these services may be subject to separate terms.

15. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
