All completed work is delivered digitally via:

  • Secure download link
  • Client dashboard (if applicable)
2. Turnaround Time

Delivery timelines depend on:

  • Technical or legal specialization
  • Volume of content

Estimated delivery time will be provided upon order confirmation or quotation approval.

3. Rush & Priority Services

Expedited services may be available at additional cost, subject to availability.

Rush delivery timelines will be clearly communicated before payment.

4. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to:

  • Incomplete or unclear source materials
  • Force majeure events (internet outages, natural disasters, etc.)

Clients will be notified promptly if delays arise.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients must:

  • Provide complete and accurate source materials
  • Respond promptly to clarification requests
  • Specify formatting or localisation preferences in advance

Delays caused by client response time may extend delivery schedules.

6. Delivery Format

Translated and localised content may be delivered in formats such as:

  • Word (DOCX)
  • PDF
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • App string files (JSON, XML, CSV, etc.)

Custom formats can be requested prior to project start.

7. Proof of Completion

Delivery confirmation will be provided via email or client portal notification.

8. Non-Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your completed files within the stated timeframe:

Please contact us at info@filestranslate.com within 48 hours so we can investigate promptly.

9. Revisions & Corrections

Any delivery-related issues or minor revision requests should be submitted within 5–7 days after delivery.

Once the translated or localised materials are delivered and confirmed, the service is considered fulfilled.
