1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • The delivered work contains significant errors that fail to meet agreed project requirements
  • The service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe without prior notice
  • The final output substantially differs from the original order scope

All refund requests must be submitted within 5–7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after service has begun
  • Delays caused by incomplete or unclear client materials
  • Subjective preferences when work meets professional standards
  • Rush service fees once work has started
  • Approved revisions already applied
3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered when:

  • Only a portion of the project fails to meet agreed standards
  • Work was partially completed before cancellation

The refund amount will be determined based on completed work and time spent.

7. Cancellations
  • Orders cancelled before work begins may qualify for a full refund
  • Orders cancelled after work begins may qualify for partial refunds only
  • Completed projects are not eligible for refunds
