- The final output substantially differs from the original order scope

- Change of mind after service has begun
- Delays caused by incomplete or unclear client materials
- Subjective preferences when work meets professional standards
- Rush service fees once work has started
- Approved revisions already applied
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be offered when:
- Only a portion of the project fails to meet agreed standards
- Work was partially completed before cancellation
The refund amount will be determined based on completed work and time spent.
